A real estate portal for agencies and realtors in Colombia
What a portal should give an agency or a realtor: team management, leads, an AI assistant, your own website and measurement.
For an agency or a realtor, a portal isn't just a place to put listings: it is the channel clients arrive through. It is worth choosing by what it does for your operation, not only by how many people visit it.
What a portal should give an agency
- One relationship per firm, not per realtor. The agency manages its team: confirms its realtors, shares out listing quotas and sees everything in one panel.
- Leads that don't get lost. An inbox, an email alert for every contact, and response times per realtor.
- Cover outside office hours. A large share of messages arrive at night and at weekends.
- Real measurement. How often each property appeared, how many opened it and how many got in touch.
- A presence of its own. A page for the agency and for each realtor that shows up on Google, and a website under its own brand.
What LuxuryHomes.com.co includes
- The agency panel: confirm or decline realtors who say they work with you, limit how many listings each one publishes, and disable or feature listings.
- Team performance: contacts per realtor, how long they take to reply, and views and contacts for every listing.
- An AI assistant: answers visitors' questions about your listings at any hour, in Spanish or English, and books viewings in the realtor's Google Calendar.
- Bilingual listings: every property with a title and description in Spanish and English, and separate pages for each language on Google.
- A public profile for the agency and each realtor, with their listings and client reviews that the agency approves before they are published.
- Similar-listing alerts: people who ask for alerts from your listings go on a list you can download.
- Your own website (Ultimate plan): your brand, your address and only your listings, which also installs as an app on Android phones.
Plans are set by number of realtors and listings. They are on plans and pricing, and you can ask for a demo.
If you are an independent realtor
Realtors list within an agency. If you work on your own, you register your own agency under your company name or your own name and become its realtor, with one login for both panels. Registration asks for the trade name, legal name, tax ID (NIT), address and city; an administrator verifies the details before approving the account.
How to get started
- Register the agency and wait for approval.
- Your realtors sign up and choose your agency; you confirm them from the panel.
- Publish the first listings: photos, price, location on the map and both languages.
- Check performance every week: which listings get views and which realtors reply late.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring over the listings from my own website?
If your site runs on Wasi, our team can do a first load of your listings with your authorisation. For other systems, listing is manual.
How are plans paid?
By bank transfer or the other methods shown in your panel, for one, three, six or twelve months. There is no automatic card billing.
Does the portal take a commission on deals?
No. You pay for the plan; the deals and their commissions are yours.
